AIIMS RECRUITMENT 2022
An Act of Parliament in 1956 established the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) as an autonomous institution of national importance and defined its objectives and functions. By virtue of this Act, the Institute awards its own medical degrees and other academic distinctions. The degrees awarded by the Institute under the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act are recognized medical qualifications for the purpose of the Indian Medical Council Act and notwithstanding anything contained therein, are deemed to be included in the first schedule of that Act, entitling the holders to the same privileges as those attached to the equivalent awards from the recognized Universities of India.
In the field of postgraduate education, the most important function of the Institute is to provide opportunities for training teachers for medical colleges in the country in an atmosphere of research and enquiry. Postgraduate students are exposed to newer methods of teaching and given opportunities to actively participate in teaching exercises. The other important objectives of the Institute are to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all the important branches of health activity and to attain self-sufficiency in postgraduate medical education. The educational principles and practices being adopted are those which are best suited to the needs of the nation.

1) Financial Advisor
✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 56 Years.
✅ Pay Scale:- : Level 13 of 7th CPC
✅ Essential Eligibility Criteria For Deputation:
✔️ Officers from Central Accounting Services holding analogous post.
OR
✔️ Officers from Central Accounting.
OR
✔️ Services with 5 years’ regular experience at level-12.
OR
✔️ Officers from Central or State or Government | Central or State Universities or Autonomous Bodies | Central or State Research & Development Organizations holding analogous post with 5 years’ regular experience in Finance & Accounts
OR
✔️ Officers from Central Government / State Government / Union Territories Government / Central or State Universities or Autonomous Bodies / Central or State Research & Development Organizations holding post at level 12 with 7 years’ regular experience in Finance & Accounts.
2) Superintending Engineer
✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 56 Years.
✅ Pay Scale:- Level 13 of 7th CPC
✅ Essential Eligibility Criteria For Deputation:
✔️ Superintending Engineer (Civil) or Executive Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in that grade from CPWD failing which similar officers from other Central Engineering Department or Engineering Departments of Central Statutory/ Autonomous bodies. An officer taken on deputation shall possess a Degree in Civil Engineering.
(Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years).
3) Executive Engineer (Civil)
✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 56 Years.
✅ Pay Scale:- Level 11 of 7th CPC
✅ Essential Eligibility Criteria For Deputation:
✔️ Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations
i.holding analogous posts on regular basis.
OR
✔️ Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/
✔️ Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years).
4) Executive Engineer (Electrical)
✅ Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 56 Years.
✅ Pay Scale:- Level 11 of 7th CPC
✅ Essential Eligibility Criteria For Deputation:
✔️ Executive Engineers (Electrical) or Asst. Engineers (Electrical) with 8 years of regular service in the grade from CPWD.
✔️ In the event of suitable candidatels not being available from CPWD similar officers from other Electrical engineering Departments of the Central Government or Central statutoryl Autonomous Bodies Shall be considered.
✔️ An Officer applying for deputation shall possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily notExceed 3 years)

✔️ Step-3: The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
✔️ Step-4: The Officers who fulfill the above qualifications / eligibility and have analogous experience may submit their application in the attached proforma through proper channel to the Executive Director & CEO, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jammu, Camp Office, located at GMC Doctor’s Guest House Maheshpura Chowk, Jammu – 180001, so as to reach to the institute on or before 45 days from the date of publication, of the recruitment advertisement in Employment News by Speed Post | Registered Post only.
