BVFC RECRUITMENT 2022

Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Ltd, a CPSE under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers was created by demerger of Namrup Unit of Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Ltd to form a new CPSE. The company operates two Ammonia-Urea plants at Namrup viz. Namrup-II and Namrup-lll, in the b of Dibrugarh with an effective capacity to produce 3.90 lakh MT of urea per annum. The Govt. of India is in the process of establishing a new Ammonia-Urea Project of higher capacity based on the latest technology, by forming a Joint Venture Company of CPSEs and Govt. of Assam, to be set up at the existing plant site of BVFCL by replacing both the old plants. The proposed project is likely to be completely based on Natural Gas, like the existing units.

The company invites applications from Indian nationals for the following posts:

1) Manager (Marketing) E5 level

✅ Age Limit:

✔️ Maximum 51 years

✅ Pay Scale:- Rs.32,900/- 3% – 58,000/- Minimum gross emolument Rs.1,05,433.9/- ( approx ).

✅ Educational Qualification:

✔️ M.Sc.(Agri) / B.Sc. (Agri) with MBA (two years duration) in Marketing Management with minimum 12 years post qualification Executive experience in line with Marketing of Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds & Agrochemicals in a PSU/ Large Private sector out of which 04 years should be in Managerial position.

✔️ Preference will be given to candidates having in line experience in Fertilizer/ Chemical Industries.

2) Area Manager (Marketing) E3 level

✅ Age Limit:

✔️ Maximum 48 years

✅ Pay Scale:- Rs.24,900/- 3% – 50,500/- Minimum gross emolument Rs.79905.9/ (approx).

✅ Educational Qualification:

✔️ M.Sc.(Agri) / B.Sc. (Agri) with MBA (two years duration) in Marketing Management with minimum 8 years post qualification Executive experience inline with Marketing of Urea, MOP, DAP, Seeds & Agrochemicals in a PSU/ Large Private sector.

✔️ Preference will be given to candidates having in-line experience in Fertilizer/ Chemical Industries.
