✔️ Head of Shared Services: ₹ 120000 – 280000
✔️ Head (Audit): ₹ 100000 – 260000
✔️ Company Secretary: ₹ 90000 – 240000
✔️ Chief Finance Officer: CTC ₹ 50 Lakhs per annum
✔️ Director (Operations): CTC ₹ 50 Lakhs per annum
✔️ Head (Policy & Regulatory): CTC ₹ 40 Lakhs per annum

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Head of Shared Services: A Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in any field. Minimum 21 years post qualification experience.

✔️ Head (Audit): CIA or CPA Certificate is required and a MBA with specialization in accounting / finance. 12years post qualification experience.

✔️ Company Secretary: Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Minimum 10 years post qualification relevant experience.

✔️ Chief Finance Officer: Chartered Accountant / Full Time MBA (Finance) / Full time PGDM (Finance) or equivalent with good academic record.

✔️ Director (Operations): Full time MBA / Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Minimum 18 years post qualification experience.

✔️ Head (Policy & Regulatory): Degree / Post Graduate. Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
