Delhi Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DTIDC) was incorporated on 16 August 2010 under the Companies Act 1956 as wholly-owned by Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The Company falls under the administrative control of Ministry of Transport, Govt of NCT of Delhi. The company has taken over all three existing operational ISBTs situated at Kashmere Gate, Anand Vihar and Sarai Kale Khan as well as two non-operational ISBTs for which land has been allotted by DDA at Narela and Dwarka in NCT of Delhi along with its all assets and liabilities as a going concern with effect from 1st April, 2011.

DTIDC, an enterprise of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, having its office at 2nd Floor, Maharana Pratap 1SBT, Kashmere Gate, Delhi, the primary function of the company is to manage and upgrade all ISBTs, BQSs and to cater the Infrastructural needs of Transport Department of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Invites applications from dynamic, effective and experienced eligible applicants for the following posts on contract basis for an initial period of one year:-

1) Company (Full Time) on contract basis

✅ Age Limit:

✔️ Maximum 50 years.

✅ Pay Scale:- Rs. 78,800+DA

✅ Educational Qualification:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University.

✔️ Should have passed Company Secretary-ship examination held by the institute of Company Secretary of India.

✅ Experience:

✔️ Candidate must have 05 years’ experience in Company Secretary work in Govt/semi-Govt organization/well reputed company/PSUs etc. Candidates presently employed in Government Department/PSU’s/ Autonomous Bodies have to produce NOC at the time of interview.
