The National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act with the objective to promote, aid and foster the growth of small industry in the country. NSIC is a schedule-‘B’ CPSE in Industrial Development and Technical Consultancy Services sector with the administrative jurisdiction of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The company aims to be the premier organization in the country for fostering the growth of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises by enhancing their competitiveness by providing integrated support services like raw material assistance/ raw material distribution, marketing support, credit support, technical support etc. Its Registered and Corporate offices are at New Delhi.
The company employed 641 regular employees (Executives : 484 & Non Executives: 157) as on 31.03.2022.
The authorized and paid up capital of the Corporation was Rs.535 crore and Rs.532.99 crore respectively as on 31.03.2022. The shareholding of the Government of India in the company is 100% as on 31.03.2022.
Director (Personnel) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Managing Director. He / She is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing robust personnel and industrial relation policies for the organization besides administration, development and training of human resources of the organization. He / She also oversees the functioning of the purchase, publicity and inspection Divisions of the Corporation:–

✅ Educational Qualification:
✔️ The applicant should be a Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programmed in Management (PGDM/ PGPM), with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.
✅ EXPERIENCE:
✔️ The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
