The Registrar is the custodian of records, property and Funds of the Institute, Secretary of Board of Governors, Finance Committee & Senate. Shall perform duties as may be assigned under the NITSER Act, IISER Statutes (or) by the Director. The Registrar shall be responsible to the Director for the proper discharge of his functions. He may also be called upon to take up other duties assigned by the Director of the Institute from time to time.
