Overview of SECR Teaching Recruitment 2025

SECR aims to fill teaching vacancies in its Mixed Higher Secondary School, BMY, for the academic session 2025-26. The available positions are:

  • Post Graduate Teachers (PGT): 5 positions
  • Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT): 7 positions
  • Primary School Teachers (PST): 5 positions

Subject-Wise Vacancy Distribution

  • PGT (English Medium):
    • Mathematics: 1 position
    • Physics: 1 position
    • Chemistry: 1 position
    • Commerce: 1 position
    • English: 1 position
  • TGT:
    • Hindi: 1 position
    • Sanskrit: 1 position
    • Social Studies: 2 positions
    • English: 1 position
    • Computer: 1 position
    • Physical Education Teacher: 1 position
  • PST (English Medium): 5 positions

Eligibility Criteria

Prospective candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Teachers (PGT):
    • A two-year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course from NCERT’s Regional College of Education in the relevant subject, or a Master’s Degree from a recognized university in the concerned subject.
    • A B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
    • Proficiency in teaching in both Hindi and English mediums.
  • Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT):
    • Graduation in the teaching subject along with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education, or
    • Graduation with at least 50% marks and a one-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), or
    • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.), or
    • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a four-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
    • Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the appropriate government.
  • Primary School Teachers (PST):
    • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education, or
    • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.), or
    • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education), or
    • Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
    • Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the appropriate government.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 65 years

Selection Process

The selection process comprises:

  1. Walk-in Interview: Candidates are required to attend a walk-in interview on the specified dates.
  2. Document Verification: Verification of original documents will be conducted during the interview.
  3. Medical Examination: Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination as per SECR guidelines.

  • For PGT & PST:
    • Date: 19th February 2025
    • Reporting Time: Between 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM
    • Venue: Mixed Higher Secondary School, Charoda
  • For TGT (including PET):
    • Date: 20th February 2025
    • Reporting Time: Between 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM
    • Venue: Mixed Higher Secondary School, Charoda

Application Procedure

Interested candidates should follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Necessary Documents: Gather all required documents, including educational certificates, identification proofs, and experience certificates.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration as follows:

  • Post Graduate Teachers (PGT): ₹27,500/-
  • Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT): ₹26,250/-
  • Primary School Teachers (PST): ₹21,250/-

Key Points to Remember

  • Contractual Basis: The appointments are purely on a contractual basis for the academic session 2025-26.
  • No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
  • Original Documents: Candidates must bring original documents along with self-attested copies for verification.
  • Registration Timing: Latecomers will not be entertained; ensure timely arrival.
