The Director (Finance & Administration) will be responsible for managing the financial operations of TDB, including budgeting, accounting. And financial reporting  the Director will also oversee the administration of TDB, including human resources, procurement, and legal affairs.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance. And administration, with at least five years in a senior leadership role. The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, as well as experience in managing complex budgets and financial reporting systems. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
